A ring, pendant, earrings, bracelet or another small object. More unusual ideas can also be discussed when they are technically possible and the artistic task is clear to me.
NP STUDIO / CUSTOM WORK
Custom work
You can commission a custom sterling silver ring or another one-of-a-kind piece of handmade jewelry, as well as discuss a small object, vase, picture or another work in metal. A new piece can be developed from an existing NP Studio work, a stone, a form or a new idea.
PROCESS
An exact repeat is impossible. A new work can be made in the same direction.
I do not make identical copies. Even if an earlier ring becomes the starting point, the stone, size, surface, line, patina, construction and final character of the piece will change.
Starting point
Choose an earlier work on the site, a stone, form, mood, collection or a single detail. The result will be a new piece in the same direction, not a copy.
Size
An accurate size is essential for a ring. For wide rings, measure the finger especially carefully, because a wide band feels tighter than a regular one.
Budget
There is no fixed minimum budget, but it helps to name a comfortable range at the start. This makes it easier to define the size, weight, stone, complexity and realistic scope of work.
Timing
Custom work usually takes 2 to 6 weeks. Timing depends on complexity, stone availability, weight, technical tasks and the number of revisions.
Payment
I usually do not take an advance payment. I make the work first and show photos or video; only if the piece suits you is it paid for and shipped.
You write
Send a link to a work, size, approximate budget, stone, timing and a few words about what matters most to you in the future piece.
I make
After we agree on the direction, I make the piece. I may ask for clarifications when the task requires a technical solution.
You review
I show photos or video of the finished work. If everything suits you, you pay for the order and I ship the piece.
